Why the pressure is light

Lymph vessels sit just under the skin. Deep pressure closes them. Light, gliding pressure opens them and encourages fluid toward the nodes, where the body processes it. If you have had deep-tissue massage and expected the same intensity, this will feel surprisingly soft, and that is the point.

What a session covers
