Your First Visit to Iceberg Ozone: What Happens, Step by Step
From the consultation to the cool-down, here is the whole first appointment at our Marietta and Stone Mountain studios, so nothing is a surprise.
- first visit
- consultation
- Marietta
- Stone Mountain
- what to expect

Every appointment at either studio has the same three parts. Here they are, with the practical details people ask about.
Before you arrive
- Drink water through the day and skip a heavy meal in the hour before.
- Wear anything comfortable. You will change into a robe; towels are provided.
- Bring nothing else. Leave jewelry at home if you can.
- Park at the studio. Both locations have free parking at the door.
Part one: the consultation
We sit down for ten to fifteen minutes. You tell us what you want to feel different: sleep, puffiness, recovery, stress, skin. We walk through both therapies, ask about anything that would make a session unsuitable, and agree on what to do today. If the honest answer is "neither," we say so.
Part two: the session
Ozone sauna: 45 minutes in the pod, head out, heat adjusted to you. DermaShape: 45 to 60 minutes on the table with light, gliding suction along the lymph pathways. Combo: sauna first, then the table, about two hours in total.
Part three: after
Rinse, water, and a few quiet minutes. You leave with simple aftercare for the rest of the day. Most first-timers book their second visit before they head out, but there is no pressure to.
Which studio should I pick?
Whichever is closer or fits your week. Marietta (62 Shawnee Trail SE) runs Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Stone Mountain (2045 Rockbridge Rd) runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Same therapies, same prices, same consultation.

Ozone sauna and lymphatic therapy are wellness services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and results vary from person to person. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are under treatment for a serious illness.
