Most first visits at both studios are the combo, and not because we push it. The two therapies do different jobs in a useful order.
What each one does
Ozone sauna works from the outside in. Warm steam opens the skin and gets circulation moving; ozone meets the skin in the moist air. DermaShape works along the lymph pathways just under the skin, moving fluid toward the nodes with light, gliding suction.
Why the order matters
Sauna first. Warm tissue and open circulation make the lymphatic work easier and more comfortable. Doing it the other way round undoes some of what the table achieved.
How the two hours run
- Consultation: 10 to 15 minutes.
- Ozone sauna: 45 minutes in the pod.
- Rinse and water: 10 minutes.
- DermaShape: 45 to 60 minutes on the table.
- Rest and aftercare: a few minutes before you leave.
Who it suits
People who want a full reset in one visit, anyone unsure which therapy fits and would rather feel both, and clients coming back after a break. It is also the sensible way to use a Saturday in Marietta or a Friday evening in Stone Mountain.
Who should start with one
If you are recovering from a procedure, sensitive to heat, or simply new to sauna, start with DermaShape alone. If you mainly want sleep and a hard sweat, start with the sauna. We will say which at your consultation.

As a new-client special the combo is $274, $50 less than the $324 you would pay booking the two separately.
