The short answer

An ozone sauna is a steam sauna you sit in with your head outside. The pod warms to a comfortable steam-room heat, and while you sweat, a precise concentration of medical-grade ozone is fed into the pod so it meets your skin and the moist air around your body. You breathe ordinary room air the entire time.

Where the ozone comes from

Ozone is oxygen with a third atom attached, the same clean scent you notice after a thunderstorm. Our studios use a Longevity ozone generator, chosen because it holds a steady concentration and the pod seals cleanly around the neck. The generator is checked between clients and the pod is sanitized after every session.

What a session feels like

• Minutes 0 to 5: you settle in, the lid closes at the neck, and the steam builds. Most people describe it as a gentle steam room.
• Minutes 5 to 40: steady sweating. Many clients doze. You can ask to lower the heat at any point.
• The last few minutes: the lid opens, you rinse, drink water, and rest. Expect a deep, clean tiredness and unusually good sleep that night.

Who books it

Across both studios the most common reasons are circulation and warmth, a full-body sweat, better sleep, and recovery after training. Clients from Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Decatur, Tucker, and Lithonia make it a weekly or fortnightly habit.

How much it costs

A single 45-minute session is $99. Packs of five ($375) and ten ($700) bring the per-visit price down. New clients can pair the sauna with a DermaShape lymphatic session in one visit for $274, $50 off the separate prices.
